Only About Children, Maroubra

Following extensive fire damage, our team delivered the demolition and reconstruction of a two-storey childcare centre on a constrained residential site in Maroubra. The project involved significant compliance requirements and works had to be managed around a fixed reopening deadline. Extended hours and weekend works were built into the programme to ensure the centre reopened on time for the 66 children and 15 staff who depend on it.
